We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return and refund process as smooth and straightforward as possible. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and request a refund.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and undamaged items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The item must be returned with all original accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Items that are custom-made or personalized.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@ecohato.net or call (704) 528-4556 to notify us of your intent to return an item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:
- If you paid with a credit card, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@ecohato.net with a description of the issue and photographs of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit if deemed appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once the item is received.
